Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service between Infinity Glide (“Infinity Glide”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the user or organization (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) using the Infinity Glide platform.

This agreement governs how Infinity Glide processes personal data on behalf of the Customer when providing its services.

This DPA is intended to support compliance with applicable data protection laws, including regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other international data protection frameworks.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Processing

Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, modification, or deletion.

Data Controller

The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Data Processor

The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Under this agreement:

• The Customer acts as the Data Controller
• Infinity Glide acts as the Data Processor

2. Scope of Data Processing

Infinity Glide processes personal data only as necessary to provide its services.

This may include processing data associated with:

• user accounts
• business profiles
• customer and transaction records
• communication data
• documents and files stored within the platform

Processing activities are limited to the functionality required to operate the Infinity Glide platform.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• they have a lawful basis to process personal data
• they provide appropriate privacy notices to individuals
• their use of Infinity Glide complies with applicable data protection laws

The Customer remains responsible for determining the purposes and legal basis for processing personal data.

4. Data Processing Instructions

Infinity Glide processes personal data only in accordance with:

• the Customer’s instructions
• the Terms of Service
• this Data Processing Agreement

Infinity Glide will not process personal data for purposes unrelated to providing its services.

5. Security Measures

Infinity Glide implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data.

These measures include:

• encrypted data transmission
• secure cloud infrastructure
• role-based access controls
• authentication and identity verification
• system monitoring and security alerts

Security practices are continuously reviewed and improved.

6. Subprocessors

Infinity Glide may engage trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to assist in delivering platform services.

These may include:

• cloud infrastructure providers
• analytics providers
• payment processing providers

Infinity Glide ensures that subprocessors maintain appropriate data protection safeguards.

7. Data Transfers

Infinity Glide may process data in multiple jurisdictions depending on infrastructure and service delivery needs.

Where cross-border data transfers occur, Infinity Glide will implement appropriate safeguards to protect personal data.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting Customer data, Infinity Glide will:

• notify the Customer without undue delay
• provide relevant details regarding the incident
• take reasonable steps to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide the platform services or comply with legal obligations.

Upon termination of services, customers may request the deletion of their data subject to applicable legal requirements.

10. Audits and Compliance

Infinity Glide maintains internal security and compliance practices designed to protect user data.

Customers may request reasonable information regarding security practices related to data processing.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Infinity Glide may update this Data Processing Agreement to reflect legal or operational changes.

Updates will be published with a revised effective date.
